DJI - MAVIC 2 ZOOM & MAVIC PRO

The DJI Mavic 2 Zoom is a small yet powerful drone from DJI and is capable of capturing high-quality footage up to 4K resolution. This is an ideal drone for beginners due to its compact size and ease of flight.  The Mavic 2 Zoom features a 2x optical zoom (24mm-48mm). It also features the “dolly zoom effect”. This however doesn’t compromise the quality of the shots that you can take. It still films in impressive 4KUHD and produces stunning video and imagery. It has a maximum flight length of 31 minutes, as opposed to the Pro which could fly for up to 27 minutes. Another noteworthy feature of the Mavic is the ‘quiet propellers’. These are ideal for areas where noise pollution from the propellers may be an issue, such as indoor shots or in residential areas. The new Mavic 2 Zoom features OcuSync 2.0. This provides you with 1080p video stream up to 8 km (5 miles) away. It also features “omnidirectional obstacle sensing”, otherwise known as “360-degree obstacle avoidance”. This gives the Mavic 2 more situational awareness and makes it a safe-to-fly solution. The DJI Mavic 2 Pro features a CMOS (complementary metal-oxide semiconductor) Hasselblad camera. The Hasselblad camera features a 1-inch sensor with no zoom. It supports a 10-bit colour profile, which is four times the amount of colour levels per channel of that of its predecessor. This provides maximum flexibility for editing. This is an upgrade on the Mavic Pro‘s camera. So, if you’re looking for image quality over zoom capability the Mavic 2 Pro is ideal.
